Pharmaceutical manufacture from the fluid around the eye

Director of the biotech growth of National Institute of genetically engineering announced of the Iran's researchers try in the production of a medication from "hyaluronic acid "and said: This material is in the fluid around the eye that will be effective in the treatment of diseases of bone and cartilage. Doctor Seyed Safa Ali Fatemi in an interview with Mehr News Agency referred to the activities of this Center for the pharmaceutical industry and added: study on production "hyaluronic acid" is one of projects of researchers at the Center. He introduced the "hyaluronic acid" as a natural substance that exists in all living organisms and explain that high concentrations of this substance is exist in connective tissue and surrounding fluid around the eyes. It is also is found in cartilage, joint fluid and connective tissue in skin. Fatemi pointed to use of this material and continued: this substance is effective in treat of acne scars, fade of skin lines and highlight the face's components. He emphasized that now this project is being done by Biotech Company "Alborz" and said to Mehr: this project is in technical development phase and in final form and state support, it can be produced on a large scale. The director of the Biotechnology Research Center of Genetic Engineering Institute said: this medication is applied in the treatment of many diseases of bone and cartilage.
